It has been a while. Since last time I wrote here, Mars has turned direct in Cancer and Venus has turned retrograde in Aries. Life here, as probably for many of you with cardinal signs on the ascendant (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn), also took many turns lately. Webinar Profecting with Valens
I am launching the shop with my very first webinar Profecting with Valens that I did for the Speaker Series at Nightlight Astrology back on January 2025.
As an extra, I have also created a printable PDF with a summary of the techniques presented in this webinar, as well as tables that simplify the "math” for you and detailed resources and extra resources for those who want to dive deeper. I included this PDF into the downloads of this webinar in the shop.
In short, this presentation was about:
touching on the basics of the most popular version of Annual Profection, a timing technique that attributes one sign (and hence one house and one time lord) to one year)
unearthing alternative add-ons to this technique found in the works of Vettius Valens (a Hellenistic Astrology from the 2nd century CE) that allows for an expanded symbolic read of a year in life
sharing some examples that illustrates how these add-ons work
connecting these add-ons to patterns and hidden structures of the numbers, which brought me to a generalized hypothesis on timing and numbers
